Land Acquisition Discussion Engage Residents

Ciliwung waterway project on Jl Bidara Cina Urban Village, Jatinegara continues to accelerate. One of them is by accelerating  land acquisition process.

As an initial step, the sub-district will invite 96 owners of the buildings affected by the project in RW 05 and RW 14. According to the plan, socialization is slated on Wednesday (9/16), to deal with the agreement on land acquisition and solutions offered by the government.

Jatinegara Sub-District Head, Budi Setiawan acknowledged the land inventory was already done. "There are 96 total of affected buildings. Varies between one meter up to entire buildings affected by the work," he said, Tuesday (9/15).

Land ownership in Bidara Cina is also varies from a certificate to final sales and purchase agreement (Akta Jual Beli). "We’ll discuss the solution tomorrow. We’ll treat as it supposed to be, hope they could understand," he disclosed.
